Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
The area of responsibility
- Conception and further development of our online presence (website, social media, online marketplaces)
- Responsibility for setting up and maintaining visual content (e.g. images, banners) on partner platforms such as licence partner portals
- Planning, creation and optimisation of product presentations on online marketplaces
- Development, implementation and maintenance of marketing campaigns and corporate communications
- Creating and analysing cross-channel media plans for a targeted customer approach
- Design of marketing materials (social media posts, adverts, newsletters, advertising material)
- Strategic and operational management of search engine marketing (SEO/SEA)
- Success control and monitoring of marketing strategies for continuous optimisation
Requirements and skills
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing and in the development of creative, cross-channel campaigns
- Confident handling of social media, WordPress and other end customer communication channels
- Knowledge in the optimisation of landing pages and user funnels
- Independent, responsible way of working with a strong ability to work in a team
- Creative thinking, design talent and attention to detail

Bullyworld GmbH is a family-run German production company based in Nußdorf near Traunstein, which is known worldwide for the production of Bullyland brand toy figures. Since 1973, all BULLYLAND figures have been developed and hand-painted at the German site with great attention to detail.
We form an innovative, experienced and dynamic team, large enough for global sales and small enough not to lose personal contact with our customers. E-Commerce Bachelor of Arts with in-depth practice (m/f/d)
The area of responsibility
- Analysis of customer behaviour on the website with the help of analytics tools
- Use of customised programming to expand the e-commerce functionality
- Implementation of IT security applications specifically for e-commerce
- Product management: setting & administration of product data, implementation of product-specific actions and much more
- Design & development of product-specific marketing campaigns
- Design of marketing materials (social media posts, adverts, newsletters, advertising material)
- Implementation of paid Google campaigns on selected topics and creation of newsletter campaigns
- Development and creation of campaign-related landing pages
Requirements and skills
- (A-levels with a high affinity for maths, economics, English and ideally computer science
- Fun and interest in technical innovations, IT topics, e-commerce, business administration, logistics and legal topics
- Marketing and sales are your passion
- High affinity for social media and social commerce
- High level of self-motivation and problem-solving ability
- High flexibility, ability to work in a team and great commitment
