1. Concept & Design
Development of the first design as a 2D drawing and subsequent creation of a detailed 3D model. Once the model has been approved, colors and details are defined.
2. Prototype & toolmaking
Creation of a prototype and construction of the production mold (tool). Tool samples are tested to ensure that they meet the quality standards.
3. Production
Series production begins after approval of the mold sample. The figures are cast, painted by hand and prepared for the market.
4. Finished product
The finished play figure is checked, packaged and put on sale.
